  I advised my landlord of a new co tenant she explained that there was a process that she would have to fill out an application and give a $25.00 application fee which my room mate returned to her on November 4th with the fee and my landlord accepted it. My landlord than handed her a 3 day eviction notice at the same time we thought nothing of it since she took the application fee and a revised lease was not signed. I provided the rent with late fee dated November 10th still waiting for the revised lease from landlord we received a complaint and summons that was hand delivered to my room mate nothing mailed or ever posted my landlord filed the same date of my money order for rent and would not accept it and I ignored the summons and complaint since rent with late fee was provided in money orders and still waiting to sign a revised lease. I spoke with the landlord and she stated she would not accept the money orders and since I did not respond a Judgement for Restitution was issued on November 23th and handed to my room mate nothing posted and nothing mailed and was not entered into the court as confirmation of delivery. They delivered it The Judgement of Restitution On November 23rd the day before Thanksgiving stating I had the right to a hearing. So since the courts were closed for a 4 day Holiday. On Monday November 28th I went to the courts and filed a Motion to Stay and a Motion to Set Aside. On November 29th a man with SLCPD Detectives came to my home and posted a notice of no trespassing on door and handed me a notice of Abandonment and changed the locks and gave us 30 min to gather what we needed. I have a hearing scheduled for December 20th 2016 for Motion to set aside/Motion to Stay, I also posted a notice on the property stating to the landlord not to enter that it would be trespassing.On December 2nd I demanded she show me the documentation signed by a judge justifying her action and if not I demanded to be let in my home. She provided me with the order of Judgement and I told her it has never been signed by a judge and that a hearing is scheduled. She had me escorted off property I told the officer the situation and he didnt believe me and made me leave after he almost arrested me for traffic warrants. I went to the courts and filed a Emergency TRO to let me back in my home I went to the court house twice due to not having all documentation to support the Order in the end the Judge refused to look at it or sign it due to the hearing on Dec. 20th and the courts would not accept my last document filed which was an Order to Submit decision. Cant someone help me with this obvious unlawful act. I lost my job I went to hospital due to anxiety attack I am homeless with a son who is asthmatic. I spoke with many people telling me she is committing a crime but there was no help until I made a phone call to Jay Kessler who made me cry since he was the only one that made time for me to and was willing to listen....I don't have the greatest past however I gave it my all to do right just to be let down by a crooked landlord who is being represented by a law Firm. You thought I was going to give up....I don't think so I got someone to listen. Thank You Jay Kessler.

I was in a court hearing concerning my ex wife showing my 13yo soon to become truant in school, and I mentioned to her attorney that I was looking in to a lawyer to sure for custody.
