  Worst company i ever worked with promose, promise,now the writer told me i was wasting her time she makes no money talking to me they pulled my credit 3 times took 60.00 out of my acct denied telling me not pay my bills on feb 1 i was told on feb 1 dont pay bills. still not done need taxes,then income now 2016 taxes again they dont know i have a 750 credit go figuire stephanie plumb is who was so nice i dont recommend her or her company please e mail me anytime ill explain horrible service , never calls back never. always empty promises,starded process on nov 15 got the appraisel done by dec 25 & delivered still no loan go figuire,great service NOT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! zero stars

  These idiots don't seem to track their clients very well. I was told they couldn't approve my loan. I said very well and moved on. 3 months later i am getting non-stop calls from these idiots still wanting me to complete the loan process. I had to repeat the prior experiance to the phone jocky on the other end that i had been through the process and they couldn't approve me. They keep telling me. Well we have no record of that here sr. all we have is that the process was not completed.. To which i said, Yeah Because you couldn't approve me! the last call I received, I stopped the idiot mid sentence and told him, I'm completley done with your crappy company. you idiots clearly don't keep track of your clients or their status. if you had, you would have already known I was not approved. If this is how your company deals with people I don't want any part of your services. Please never contact me again. remove me from your system and be done with it. The guy on the other end said. Ok. Well I guess thanks for letting us know. then hangs up.. I am very much expecting another call from these morons tomorrow. Don't deal with this company. They are clearly just out to make quotas and not provide quaility service. (Really wish there where a no star option. thats what they deserve)
